- Sample Schedule – Monday, Legs, Shoulders, and Glutes – Wednesday, Chest, Biceps, Hamstrings, Glutes – Thursday and/or Saturday, Total Body Conditioning – Friday, Back, Triceps, Quadriceps, and Glutes
2. Train with Angela's Facebook Group for ongoing support on form and technique and nutrition questions answered. I answer your questions daily and this is really where group support shines.
