CLASS SCHEDULE

Mondays 

Strength

Do you ever go to the gym thinking you will lift weights, and then see all of the weight lifting equipment and just jump on the treadmill because you are too scared? Or you want to tone your body but you don’t know how to put the exercises together or quite how to use the equipment?

This Strength class is like personal training without the personal trainer price. You will have a six week plan laid out for you — no matter your level — beginner to experienced, where we focus on progressive overload and building a better body.

4:40, 5:30, 6:40, 9am and 5:30pm

50 minutes to 1 hour

Tuesdays 

Tabata

Tabata is a type of HIIT-one subsection under the broad umbrella of high-intensity interval training. Specifically, it’s a four-minute workout consisting of 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work at maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest.  Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time.

 

Yoga

This class is designed to help you find balance and calmness in your body and mind. You will move through a series of gentle stretches and yoga poses, while focusing on the breath and mindfulness. Suitable for all levels, this class is the perfect opportunity to unwind and recharge.

Wednesdays

Thursdays 

Circuit Training

A fast-paced class that involves endurance training, kickboxing, strength and conditioning elements. 

 

Total Body Conditioning

This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and mobility while burning calories and gaining strength.

Fridays

Saturdays 

Saturday Mashup

Saturday Mashup will have you starting off the weekend strong. This class is designed to give you a different challenge every Saturday. Whether it be tabata, conditioning, spin, barre, or a mix of all sorts of fun workouts, it’ll keep you on your toes.

Yoga

PiYo Live

PiYo blends the flow of yoga, the strength training of Pilates and cardio together for a quick total body workout. It isn’t purely a cardio or strength training program; it combines several areas of fitness into each class for a new workout experience. Work on your mobility, flexibility, balance, and body strength in this hour long, choreographed, sweat-fest.

All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to come to any class at IPF. The Coaches
here will ensure that modifications are available for all fitness levels. It doesn’t matter if
you’ve never worked out a day in your life, or consider yourself advanced. These classes will
challenge and empower you to be your best.
